Cannabis can only be consumed in a private residence or a licensed consumption area.

Pagosa Springs currently does not have any licensed consumption areas.

It is illegal to consume cannabis on public lands, including National Parks, forests, and recreation areas.

Though you are not required to be a Medical Cannabis Cardholder to purchase Cannabis in the State of Colorado, you can show your Smoke Rings Budtender your Medical card, and receive 10% off your purchase.

Pagosa Springs does not sell Medical Patient dosed products.

In CO, recreational customers may purchase daily and possess:

ONE ounce of flower

or…

EIGHT grams of extracts/concentrates

or…

EIGHT-HUNDRED milligrams of edibles

or…

Any combination of the above that does not exceed one total ounce equivalent.
